I have staff in both my constituency office, 63 Chesterfield Road, and in Westminster. Across the two offices, I have three full-time members of staff and two part-time members of staff, including a Living Wage apprentice, employed through Sheffield College.
My staff assist me in carrying out my Parliamentary duties and being able to effectively represent my constituents in Westminster. It is important to me, and my responsibility as your MP, to be able to take up the issues that matter most to local residents – and the staff in both of my offices assist me in doing this. My staff are on hand to offer help, advice and assistance to constituents.
You can read more about them below:
Kat is my Office Manager - responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and my diary. She can answer any of your queries and help arrange meetings between local groups and myself. If your group would like to meet with me, then get in touch!
Nikki is our Senior Caseworker – if you have an issue or problem that needs quick action and urgent attention, Nikki is here to help. Nikki will be attending surgeries with me and assisting in getting to the bottom of issues that arise in the constituency.
Robin is my Communications Officer- Along with helping me with press enquiries and media, Robin manages surveys and consultations so I can hear from my constituents about what matters most to them.
Gabriella is our Living Wage Apprentice - I am very pleased to have Gabi on the team. As well as studying for a Business Level 2 in Administration, Gabi is working and training in the work we do in the constituency office, from casework to media, as part of her apprenticeship.
Danny supports me in the work that I do in Parliament and in my Shadow Cabinet brief – holding the Government to account and getting to the bottom of issues, so I can best represent my constituents. In recent months, this has included my duties on the Digital Economy Bill Committee, fighting cuts to tax credits and rights at work. Danny also helps to arrange visits from local schools – please get in touch if your school is in the constituency and you would like to visit Parliament.
